Our direct thermal paper is bright white top-coated which provides more resistant to light, chemicals, moisture and scratches than non top-coated paper. Our top-coated paper labels are more suitable to withstand a variety of environments and will remain scannable for a longer periods of time. Ideal for many applications including: general purpose, warehouse, pharmaceutial, shipping, barcoding, and inventory tracking where a permanent adhesive is required. Min application temperature -10 F, service temperature ranges are +65 F to +150 F.
Our permanent adhesive material features a cold-temperature permanent acrylic adhesive with an aggressive initial tack, excellent ultimate adhesion, and mandrel hold. This allows these labels to adhere to a wide variety of materials where heavy exposure to chemicals and moisture is not anticipated. Excellent adhesion to corrugated boxes, glass, metal, test tube, vial bottles, pallet wrap, various plastic substrates and most smooth surfaces. Non-top coated paper labels have a one-year shelf life when stored at +72 F and 50% relative humidity.
Direct thermal printing provides high-quality printing using heat to activate the image onto the material, therefore thermal ribbons are not required. Our direct thermal labels are compatible for printing with most major brands of thermal printers.
