Our direct thermal paper is a bright white, premium top-coated material which provides more resistance to light, moisture and scratches than non top-coated paper. These labels are plasticizer resistant at room temperature and more suitable to withstand a variety of environmental elements and will remain scannable for longer periods of time. Ideal for many applications including: retail, warehouse, pharmaceutical, shipping, barcoding, and inventory tracking where a permanent adhesive is required.
Our direct thermal premium paper labels features a soft, general purpose all temperature acrylic permanent adhesive that adheres to a variety of packages in a broad range of temperatures. Ideal for use on corrugated boxes, pallet wrap, various plastic substrates and smooth surfaces. Our top-coated paper labels have min application temp of -20 F and a -65 to 180 F Service Range. FDA Compliance 21 CFR 175.105.

Direct thermal print technology ensures the highest quality print and extremely reliable scannability without the need for themal ribbons. Our SATO compatible direct themal labels have a 1.5-inch core with a 4.4-inch outer diameter that is suitable for use in desktop models CT4-LX, CT4-LX-HC, and the WS4. Our direct thermal top-coated paper labels have a one-year shelf life when stored at +72 F and 50% relative humidity..
