I am originally from the Midwest and started my professional career here. I worked in the same circles with Chris Budde and our friendship and business alliance formed quickly. Chris started Labels Direct just as I was starting a new chapter in my career, which lead me to move to Dallas,Texas. There I worked selling IT solutions to several Fortune 100 Companies. BearingPoint (formerly KPMG) noticed my ability to provide strategic solutions and recruited me to join their team in 1994 and was based in Washington DC. While at BearingPoint, I was incharge of developing strategic solution centers to showcase their technology platforms and stong Vendor alliances. With almost thirty years of experience of sales and building business platforms, Chris Budde asked me to join the Labels Direct Team. In 2007, I accepted his offer and in 2015 we were married. We now have two sons who completed our wonderful family. We make a great team!
My role at Labels Direct started with me standardizing each department and documenting it with a new Standard Operating Procedural Manual. I built a new website and new inventory management system and integrated them. I took a small business and gave it the tools to do big things. As COO and President, I have helped build a strong culture of trust and teamwork within my employees. We work hard, and the result is quality products that are made and sold with pride. I have dedicated my time and passion so that each year has seen financial growth for our company. I look forward for all of the new opportunities that the label industry will bring us!
