Blank Roll Labels

3 Products

Core Size – 2" or 3” Core

Inkjet labels on a 2" or 3" core are the standard size for most desktop inkjet printers. These printers produce high-quality, moderate to large scale printing for businesses, manufacturing, or industrial settings. Labels can be customized with colors for a range of applications, including product labels, prime labels, barcodes, GHS and BS 5609 certification.

Water-based Dye Ink vs Pigment Ink

Since these are inkjet labels, they require an ink cartridge to print. Inkjet uses either dye-based inks for brighter, more vibrant colors or pigment-based inks for durable, more resilient printing. Our Labels Direct brand inkjet roll labels are engineered to print using both types of ink options.

Material - Paper

Paper labels are the most popular and cost effective option for printing. They are ideal for everyday short term applications, are easy to use and significantly cheaper than synthetic materials. Easily disposable, paper is not a weatherproof option and should not be exposed to moisture, chemicals, and UV light.

Polypropylene (BOPP) labels are best utilized for those individuals looking for a long term application. Synthetic materials like poly offer more durability and are best utilized for outdoor use, exposure to water, chemicals, oils, UV light, temperature changes and more. A more expensive option than paper, poly labels are also tear resistant and smudge proof.

Finish - Matte

Labels with a matte finish offer a softer, more muted look. This appearance helps illustrate customized colors, texts, and designs with a more subdued, lusterless overlay, making it a versatile choice for many label applications. A matte finish also acts as a layer of protection, adding durability to labels for a high-quality product.

Finish – High Gloss

Labels with a gloss finish offer a more polished and reflective look. This appearance helps illustrate customized colors, texts, and designs with a lustrous, shiny overlay, making it a versatile choice for many label applications. A gloss finish also acts as a layer of protection, adding durability to labels for a high-quality product.
