At Labels Direct satisfaction is our main focus. We guarantee our products to be free of defects and will gladly replace any item found to be defective within 30 days of receipt or offer proper credit.

As of September 11, 2017 all Made To Stock (MTS) items that are purchased in error are subject to a minimum 15% restock fee that will be applied to the credit card used for the original purchase. Made To Order (MTO) or custom items are non-returnable unless Labels Direct is in error.

Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of the invoice date. Please contact a Labeling Specialist at 800-458-5110 or complete the form below for an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number and return shipping instructions. Only after Labels Direct has received the product and completed our inspection will the customer be credited for the product returned, not the shipping costs. Returns that are received without an RMA number will be refused and returned to the customer. Returned merchandise must be in re-sellable condition, in its original packaging and in full case quantities only.
